Program Description

ITA Group Travel Alerts is an SMS messaging program operated by ITA Group for registered travel program participants. By opting in, participants agree to receive text messages related to their participation in an ITA Group travel program.

Messages may include:

  • Travel logistics
  • Travel updates
  • Event communications
  • Program-related information
  • Travel disruption notifications
  • Severe weather alerts
  • Natural disaster notifications
  • Security advisories
  • Emergency travel and safety notifications

Consent

Participants provide consent during the travel registration process by supplying a mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting the option to receive SMS communications.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on travel activity, event participation, program communications, travel disruptions, and emergency circumstances.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from the ITA Group Travel Alerts program unless you subsequently re-enroll.
